Business Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

Operation System: Establish standardized operation processes, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and control mechanisms covering project delivery, customer service, supply chain and resource management. At the same time, adapt to special scenarios of Web3 business such as decentralized collaboration, on-chain interaction and community governance. Develop Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and assessment systems, and monitor efficiency, cost and quality.

Business Coordination: Coordinate departments including sales, marketing, product, technology and finance, and promote the whole process of enterprise services and Web3 projects (such as NFT, DeFi, infrastructure and DAO-related projects) from initiation, execution and delivery to review. Take charge of internal and external communication, and maintain relationships with partners and ecological resources.

Compliance and Risk Control: Be familiar with the regulatory frameworks of traditional business compliance and the Web3 industry (such as digital asset compliance, anti-money laundering, data security and token-related rules). Identify operational risks, promote the implementation of compliance solutions, and ensure that all businesses comply with the regulations and industry standards of the regions where they operate.

Data Analysis and Optimization: Build an operational data indicator system, analyze business performance, user behavior, community data and on-chain data, and put forward optimization proposals. Promote the digitalization and systematization of processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Team and Resource Management: Set up the operation team, clarify the division of responsibilities and develop team capabilities. Coordinate the arrangement of budget, human resources, technical resources and others, so as to ensure the rational allocation and efficient utilization of resources for both business lines.


Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in business administration, management, finance, computer science or related fields are preferred.

5–8 years of experience in operation management, with at least 3 years of experience in the Web3/blockchain/cryptocurrency industry; familiar with the industry ecosystem, mainstream project types, user characteristics and key compliance requirements.

Mandarin Speaking is mandatory to serve Mandarin-speaking customers.

Proficient in the operation system of traditional enterprises, and at the same time understand the business logic of Web3, such as community governance, token economics, on-chain collaboration, wallet/contract interaction, and the ecosystem of exchanges and public chains.

Strong skills in project management, cross-departmental coordination, problem-solving and communication; capable of advancing multiple business lines simultaneously.

Knowledgeable about industry compliance, risk control and regulatory trends; relevant experience in implementation is preferred.

Result-oriented, able to work under pressure, and quick to respond to business changes and market demands.
