Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Support & Service



Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, WhatsApp, or other communication channels

Provide accurate information and timely assistance to customers and business partners

Ensure all customer issues are properly logged, tracked, and resolved within agreed timelines

Escalate unresolved or critical issues to the superior when necessary



2. Complaint Handling & Resolution

Investigate customer issues and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution

Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily

Maintain professionalism and positive customer relationships at all times

Ensure proper documentation of complaints and resolutions



3. Operational & Administrative Support

Prepare reports, service records, and support documentation

Update customer information and records accurately in the system

Assist in preparing customer service reports and KPI tracking

Support onboarding and implementation activities for customers or partners



4. Coordination & Communication



Liaise with internal teams such as Sales, Finance, Operations, IT, and Project teams to resolve customer-related matters

Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal stakeholder

Support cross-functional projects and service improvement initiatives



5. Service Quality & Continuous Improvement



Support initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and service efficiency

Identify recurring customer issues and recommend improvements

Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies, and service standards



Job Requirements:



Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Management, IT, or a related field.

Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Call Center, or a related field.

Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving, coordination, and customer-handling abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Customer-oriented with a positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken. Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Experience in banking, financial services, or technology-related industries will be an added advantage.
