Call Centre Customer Service Executive

Requirements
-Minimum education level at least SPM
-Proficient in English and Mandarin to communicate with customers who speaks Mandarin
-Possess good and professional Communication skills
-Have good speaking and writing skills
-Ability to work within a team
-Able to work shifts 24/7 (working days will cover weekends and public holidays) (Call Center)
-Proficient in common computer software
-Have basic computer fault judgment and repair knowledge

Responsibility
-Provide customer service through mobile phones and instant messaging platforms
-Able to resolve customer complaints smoothly and transfer the complaint case to the supervisor for handling when necessary
-Assist the ad hoc working group in handling projects
-System data entry
