Camera Repair Advisor

Requirement
. Basic experience in repairing electronic devices (camera / mobile phone / computer)
. Candidates with some relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
. Willing to learn and able to handle hands-on technical work
. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
. Able to communicate in simple English / Mandarin / Bahasa Malaysia
. Responsible, punctual, and good working attitude

Responsibility
. Diagnose, repair, and maintain cameras and related equipment
. Handle camera repair as the main responsibility
. Basic troubleshooting for other electronic devices (e.g. smartphones, laptops) is an advantage
. Provide technical advice and repair solutions to customers
. Handle walk-in enquiries and explain repair issues clearly
. Maintain repair records and update job status
. Ensure tools and workspace are kept clean and organized
. Carry out any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management
