Job Description

【诚聘】客户服务专员（粤语 + 英语）
工作地点：雪兰莪 Ara Damansara
项目：HireRight（香港 & 澳门）

工作职责
• 为 *香港及澳门* 客户提供专业客户服务。
• 通过 *电话及电子邮件* 处理客户咨询。
• 为客户提供准确资讯并及时解决问题。
• 准确更新系统中的客户资料及个案记录。
• 在达到质量及绩效标准的同时，提供优质客户服务。

职位要求
• 至少拥有 *SPM* 学历。
• *能流利阅读、书写及使用粤语及英语进行沟通。*
• 有客户服务经验者优先，但 *欢迎应届毕业生申请。*
• 愿意在 *Ara Damansara 工作。*
