Cashier - Part Time

Key Responsibilities:
-Operating the cash register: Scanning items, applying discounts, and processing payments (cash, card, gift cards).
-Providing customer service: Greeting customers, answering questions about products or store policies, and resolving any issues.
-Bagging groceries: Efficiently and safely packing purchased items into bags or boxes.
-Maintaining a clean and organized checkout area: Ensuring the checkout station is tidy and free of clutter.
-Handling returns and exchanges: Processing refunds or store credits for customers who return or exchange items.
-Basic math and cash handling: Accurately calculating amounts, making change, and balancing the cash drawer.
-Following store policies and procedures: Adhering to company guidelines and maintaining a professional demeanor.
