- Prepare and cook dishes according to our recipes and quality standards.
- Manage your assigned kitchen section efficiently.
- Ensure food is prepared consistently and served on time.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety at all times.
- Monitor ingredient quality and minimize food waste.
- Assist with stock control and daily kitchen preparation.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to improve operations.
- Support and guide junior kitchen staff when needed.
