Kitchen Crew / Chef Responsibilities
Prepare and serve food according to the company’s recipes and quality standards
Support daily kitchen preparation including ingredient cutting, marinating, and portioning
Maintain consistency in food taste, quality, and presentation
Ensure kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are always followed
Follow operational SOPs to maintain efficient kitchen workflow
Assist with stock checking, ingredient storage, and inventory organization
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth and timely kitchen operations
Deliver food efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining quality
Take initiative, maintain a positive attitude, and continuously improve kitchen skills
