Job Scope (Chef / Kitchen Crew)
• Prepare and cook menu items according to company standards
• Assist in food preparation (cutting, marinating, portioning)
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation are maintained
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times
• Follow kitchen SOPs and food safety guidelines
• Assist in stock management and basic inventory control
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Ensure fast and efficient service during peak hours
• Be proactive and willing to learn new skills
