Requirements

Minimum education: SPM and above
Language required: Able to speak English & Bahasa Malaysia
Required skills: Claims Processing, Customer Service, Communication Skills, Problem Solving, Attention to Detail, Warranty Knowledge
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Responsibilities

Responsible for managing customer claims and providing front-line support to ensure a smooth, efficient, and satisfying customer experience
Assist customers with warranty claims.
Review and verify documents, coordinate with internal teams and third parties
Provide updates and follow-ups on claim status
Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone & messages
Deliver accurate information on warranty coverage, services, and claim procedures.
Record and track customer feedback and claim activities
Support overall customer satisfaction and service improvement initiatives
