Client Advisor (The Garden Malls)

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Performance
• Achieve individual KPIs
• Assist in daily and weekly sales reporting (to Head Office if needed)

2. Store Appearance & Visual Merchandising
• Keep store and stockroom clean, tidy, and well-organized
• Display new stock attractively and promptly
• Ensure products are stored properly (bags in dust bags, shoes by name/SKU/size)

3. Stock Management
• Maintain neat and orderly stockrooms
• Record all stock transfers accurately to minimize stock loss

4. Customer Service & CRM
• Acquire new clients for the brand database
• Develop long-term client relationships by keeping clients updated
• Deliver a hand-crafted, personalized client experience

5. Team & Leadership
• Demonstrate active leadership on the sales floor
• Support team objectives and accountability for sales results

Candidate Requirements
• Minimum 1 year experience in retail or luxury industry
• Fluent in English
• Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit
• Customer service mindset, fast learner, high energy personality
• Open to flexible working hours and shift work (Morning / Afternoon / Full Shift)
