Clinic Assistant cum Receptionist

What We’re Looking For (Must-Have)
✔ Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia
✔ Not a MUST but a bonus skill - Chinese language = BIG advantage
✔ Comfortable with computers (Word, Excel, ChatGPT, Canva, etc.)
✔ Friendly, professional, and service-oriented
✔ Willing to learn and grow as part of a team
✔ Own transport to commute to work

Bonus Skills (Extra Income Opportunity)
-Experience with exercise guidance or teaching simple exercises to patients
-Additional commission will be provided for this role

Your Daily Responsibilities
-Managing front desk & reception duties
-Answering calls & scheduling appointments
-Assisting patients with enquiries
-Processing payments & basic admin work
-Supporting the chiropractor when needed (full training provided)
-Ensuring a smooth, welcoming clinic flow
-Delivering excellent customer service — every working day
