CNC Technician

Requirements

At least SPM or equivalent years of related experience
At least 2 years working experience in CNC manufacturing industry.
Can speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
Fresh grads also can apply
CAD/CAM software, Basic Machine G & M code & Production Planning / Optimization.
CAM programming, setup machine, dimensional measurement
Basic G & M code, Engineering Drawing interpretation.
Able to workday/night shift in machines
Communicate with superior regarding work and upload documents.
Proficiency in operating CNC machines
Good problem-solving skills and technical troubleshooting
Responsibilities

Responsible for setting up and operating CNC machine.
Responsible for supervising the daily operation activities as well as managing of team to ensure production output is met.
Ensure Health & Safety of team members through PPE, safety equipment & safe systems of work are always adhered to.
Ensure machinery is operated in accordance with set guidelines/ procedures and report machine issues.
Cascade objectives to team members to achieve maximum output.
Ensure accountability is cascaded down and use initiative to resolve issues.
Organise team effectively to ensure daily targets are met in terms of Quality, Cost and Delivery
