Commis Chef

Responsibilities:

Assist in food preparation, such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and preparing sauces.

Follow recipes and instructions given by senior chefs.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and storage areas.

Help with cooking, plating, and garnishing dishes as needed.
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.

Assist with receiving and storing food supplies properly.

Learn kitchen procedures and techniques to develop culinary skills.

Support other kitchen staff during busy hours.
