Commis Chef/Line Cook

- Handle core prep work including cutting, trimming, portioning, marinating, and preparing ingredients to the required standards.

- Maintain sharp and consistent mise en place throughout the day to ensure smooth service.

- Follow strict hygiene, food safety, and FIFO practices, keeping the kitchen clean and compliant at all times.

- Receive incoming goods, assist with stock rotation, and check for quality and freshness.

- Run primary cooking stations such as fry, sauté, grill, and signature items with accuracy and confidence.

- Support junior cooks or teammates when needed to maintain steady service flow during peak periods.
