What You’ll Do
-Work closely with the kitchen team to keep daily operations running smoothly.
-Assist in preparing dishes following established recipes and quality standards.
-Handle mise en place tasks such as chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients.
-Maintain stock freshness through proper rotation and storage.
-Keep kitchen equipment, workstations, and storage areas clean and sanitized.
-Help ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of menu items.
-Stay proactive in learning new recipes, techniques, and kitchen practices.

What We’re Looking For
-A genuine passion for food and eagerness to grow in the culinary field.
-Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but not essential.
-Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
-Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
