Community & Programmes Lead

Key Responsibilities

Programme Development

• Design and develop lifestyle, wellness, and recreational programmes for club members
• Introduce workshops, classes, and activities aligned with the club’s concept
• Plan programme schedules and ensure variety in club activities

Community Engagement

• Build strong relationships with members and encourage active participation
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive community culture
• Gather feedback from members to improve programmes and activities

Programme Coordination

• Manage programme scheduling, instructors, and activity logistics
• Ensure programmes run smoothly and meet member expectations
• Monitor programme participation and engagement levels

Collaboration with Other Departments

• Work with Marketing & Branding team to promote programmes and activities
• Coordinate with Guest Experience team to support programme participants
• Support Membership Relations by encouraging members to participate in club activities

Performance Monitoring

• Track programme participation and engagement levels
• Improve programme offerings based on member feedback and participation trends
• Contribute ideas that enhance the club’s community culture

Requirements

• Experience in community management, program coordination, or event planning
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Passion for community building and lifestyle activities
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple programmes simultaneously
• Experience in wellness, lifestyle, hospitality, or recreational industries is an advantage
