Key Job Responsibilities

Job Description:

Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects

Manage site progress, cost, quality, and safety

Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors

Supervise site activities to ensure compliance with drawings and regulations

Resolve site issues and prepare project reports

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Construction / Engineering or related field

Relevant construction or project management experience

Knowledge of construction methods and regulations

Good communication and leadership skills

Mandarin proficiency is an advantage due to communication with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.

Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
