Consumer Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns for food seasoning products across digital and offline channels.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify consumer trends, opportunities, and new marketing angles.

Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.

Support the planning and coordination of trade shows, food fairs, and in-store promotional events.

Manage social media content, digital campaigns, and product listings to strengthen brand presence.

Track and analyse marketing performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.

Coordinate with creative and content teams to develop marketing materials and product packaging.

Contribute to brand positioning strategies, customer engagement programs, and loyalty-building activities.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

1–2 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally within the FMCG or food industry.

Sound understanding of marketing principles, consumer behaviour, and digital marketing tools.

Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal abilities.

Creative and analytical mindset with great attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with design or digital marketing tools is an advantage.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in food seasoning or food product marketing is highly advantageous.

Knowledge of local and regional culinary trends and consumer preferences.
