Content Moderator (Mandarin Speaker)

Requirements

Excellent communication and writing skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
SPM, UEC, or IGCSE leavers are encouraged to apply.
Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
Prior working experience in the call service industry will be an added advantage.
Good problem-solving skills and ability to perform in a high-paced working environment.
Responsibilities

Review online content (text, images, videos) to ensure follows the guidelines.
Respond to customer enquiries via chat or email.
Identify and flag inappropriate content.
