Contract Accounts Payable

Job Requirements:

Processing and managing supplier invoices, purchase orders and payments in a timely and accurate manner

Verifying invoice accuracy and ensuring alignment with purchase orders and delivery documentation

Preparing payment runs and coordinating fund transfers to suppliers according to agreed terms

Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies or invoice disputes efficiently

Maintaining comprehensive accounts payable records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes

Supporting month-end and year-end closing procedures, including accruals and payables reconciliations



Job Requirements:

Degree in Accounting or equivalent.

Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies accurately

Sound understanding of accounting principles and payables processes

Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
