Contract Commercial Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage project quotations, invoices and billing.
Assist in tender preparation, documentation and submission.
Handle contract and commercial documentation.
Liaise with clients regarding project and commercial matters.
Assist in monitoring project billing and payment status.
Perform other contract and commercial duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or related field.
Preferably 25–35 years old.
Relevant working experience is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Detail-oriented, responsible and able to meet deadlines.
