Control Room Operator（中控操作员）

As the "nerve center" of our production operations, you will be responsible for:
-Comprehensive Monitoring: Monitor production processes and equipment status in the Central Control System (DCS).
Precise Operation: Remotely start up/shut down equipment and adjust process parameters to ensure safe, -stable, and efficient production.
-Emergency Response: Be the first to respond to system alarms, quickly diagnose issues, and execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or emergency plans.
-Efficient Coordination: Act as an information hub, maintaining close communication and coordination with field personnel, maintenance, and production planning teams.
-Additional Duties: Perform any other temporary tasks assigned by the team leader.

Qualifications:
-Language & Communication Core Skill: Must be proficient in both Mandarin and Malay, with clear and fluent expression, to serve as a key communication bridge between Chinese and Malaysian teams.
-Working time： Must be able to work night shifts.
-Technical Learning Ability: Possesses a strong learning agility to grasp production processes, procedures, and equipment operations quickly.
-Professional Attributes: Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and a keen attention to detail.
-Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a manufacturing production environment and the ability to work in rotating shifts are highly advantageous.
