Customer Care Consultant

Key Responsibilities
Patient Care & Consultation

Provide patient education and consultation support

Attend to patients’ enquiries, needs, and requests professionally

Perform selective instrumental eye tests as required by CM/Doctor

Manage patient feedback, testimonials, and complaints

Conduct patient satisfaction surveys

Front Desk & Clinic Coordination

Handle patient registration and appointment scheduling

Assist with surgery planning and scheduling

Process patient insurance claims

Conduct patient follow-ups to ensure continuity of care

Administrative & Reporting

Prepare consultation and follow-up documentation

Compile statistics and reports

Maintain housekeeping of assigned work areas

Job Requirements
Degree/Diploma in any discipline

2–3 years of customer service experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented with good organisational skills

Comfortable working in a healthcare/clinical environment
