Customer Executive Officer

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound & outbound calls and emails

Provide accurate product/service information to customers

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly

Update and maintain customer records in the system

Escalate complex cases when necessary

Deliver top-tier customer experience and professionalism

Requirements:

Able to communicate with clients in Mandarin (spoken & written)

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-oriented with a positive attitude

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Salary & Benefits:

Basic Salary: RM 2,800 – RM 3,200

Paid training provided (up to 1 week), subject to performance
