Customer Service Assistant (5 working days)

Seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Assistant to join the dynamic team at MyGift Universal Sdn. Bhd. in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

Handling inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels

Responding to customer queries promptly and efficiently, providing accurate information on products and services

Documenting customer interactions and following up on any outstanding issues

Assisting with order processing, returns, and other administrative tasks as needed

What we're looking for

Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to provide a positive and helpful experience to customers

Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively handle a variety of customer inquiries

Proficiency in using computer software and office equipment

A collaborative and teamwork-oriented mindset, with the flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment

SPM or above, with previous experience in a customer service or sales role preferred
