Customer Service Assistant

Responsibilities:
-Responsible for the Shopfront operations of serving walk-in customers, receiving telephone / email orders and processing them for product delivery, sample and customer payment collection.
-Be the main liaison between Sales and Warehouse operations to ensure smooth communication of customers' order requests for accurate and timely delivery of laminates.
-Liaise with HQ Singapore or either with Penang Office for stocks inventory/indent, delivery schedules and customers’ requests
-Communicate directly and build positive relationships with customers on order requests, delivery and payment matters.
-Service recovery and feedback to management
-Perform any other ad-hoc administrative tasks when needed.

Requirements:
-Minimum SPM or Diploma holder with at least 2 years’ experience in similar capacity
-Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
-Excellent verbal & written communication skills, independent and able to carry out work tasks with minimum supervision
-Multi-tasking, well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
-A team player with a high level of dedication and commitment in achieving team goals.
