Job Description

Receive and review customer orders, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of order information.

Coordinate and resolve any issues that arise during the order review process and provide timely feedback to relevant departments.

Handle issues related to delivery, quality, and invoicing, coordinating with relevant departments to resolve them.

Collaborate with sales, production, and procurement departments to ensure the accuracy of order information.

Maintain order review records to ensure all information is traceable.
