Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries related to the aviation industry

Provide prompt, courteous and professional customer service

Collaborate with team members to share best practices and continually improve customer service

What we're looking for

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to empathise and build rapport with customers

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle customer queries efficiently

Proficiency in Mandarin and English, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.
