Customer Service Consultant

Responsibilities
-Registration & Inquiry support
-Manage all client's incoming calls, walk-ins enquiry, appointment bookings & registration
-Handling customer Service pre procedure & post procedure (as and when necessary)
-Attend to client's complaint and reports to reporting line for immediate action
-Coordinating with (OPD) Outpatient department, ward & billing
-Salesperson(s) tagging records (daily basis)
-New patient tagging recording (daily basis)-
-Performs other appropriate tasks and duties assigned within the realm of the employee’s knowledge, skills and abilities
