Huraian Kerja / Deskripsi Jawatan

1) Quotation Management: Generate comprehensive quotations for customers, inclusive of import and
export for sea freight.

2) Cross-Border Logistics: Advise customers on cross-border procedures and provide corresponding
quotations.

3) Sales Support: Assist sales personnel with inquiries related to quotations.

4) External Provider Negotiation: Engage in negotiations with suppliers such as shipping lines and agents to secure optimal terms.

5) Shipment Updates: Provide timely updates to agents/customers regarding shipment status, including
cargo details, shipping documentation, and other relevant information.

6) Internal Coordination: Issue instructions to the operation/forwarding department to ensure seamless
execution of tasks.
