Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities:
-No Cold calling, all HOT LEADS
-HIGH BASIC + HIGH COMMISSION
-Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers
-Present, promote, and sell products or services
-Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
-Follow up on leads and prospects in a timely manner

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field (preferred but not required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
• Good command in English, Bahasa Malaysia and ability to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
