Customer Service Executive

Job Descriptions:

Client Engagement & Needs Assessment
-Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions.
-Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via social media platforms, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
-Educate clients on the benefits of the company’s services and address any concerns or objections effectively.

Sales Execution & Target Achievement
-Communicate pricing, terms, and conditions clearly and accurately to clients.
-Apply effective sales techniques to persuade clients to sign up for services.

Market Awareness & Product Knowledge
-Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to enhance sales effectiveness.
-Apply updated market insights to improve client engagement and conversion rates.

Record Management & Compliance
-Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
-Enter all required customer information into the company database promptly and accurately.
-Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies at all times.

Work Standards & Timeliness
-Hold high esteem for the quality of your work and ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and within the required timelines.


Job Requirements
-Minimum 1 year of sales experience is preferred.
-Required language: Fluent English, Mandarin will only be an added advantage to liaise with with mandarin-speaking clients.
-Working Hours: 9am - 6pm, Monday to Friday.
-Immediate or short notice period availability will be preferred.
