Customer Service Executive

What you'll be doing
-Handle customer inquiries promptly via live chat, and email, providing accurate information and prompt assistance.
-Engage with customers and create a positive interactions with empathy and professionalism.
-Address customer complaints with effective conflict resolution skills and a customer-centric approach.
-Collaborate with the team on daily tasks, contributing insights and feedback to improve customer interactions.
-Support team efforts in achieving performance targets and improving overall service quality.

What we're looking for
-1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in the logistics or shipping industry
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
-Ability to remain calm and efficient in high-pressure situations
-Sense of empathy with the ability to prioritize customer needs
-Problem-solving mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems
-Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin . Mandarin proficiency is essential for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
