Customer Service Executive

Job Description :
-Perform customer service in communicate with Customers for shipments arrangement.
-Daily Ocean Export & Import coordination & corresponding with clients. service providers and internal team.
-Prepare required documents for Export/Import shipment.
-Communicate and build good rapport and relationship with agents, carriers, co-loaders and service providers.
-Perform and ad-hoc duties as assigned or required from time to time.
-Work with the team on meeting KPI standards, as per the company's procedures.

Requirements :
-Candidate must posses at least a degree any field (preferably in Logistics/Supply Chain Management).
-Candidates fluent in mandarin speaking is preferred as the role requires to deal with mandarin speaking clients and China Agent's.
-Preferably with at least min 1 - 2 years’ working experience in logistics industry or Freight Forwarding
-Shipping/Sea Freight/Air Freight/Logistics/Transport
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
-Candidate must be willing to work in Meru, Klang.
