Huraian Kerja / Deskripsi Jawatan

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Subang Jaya, Selangor. As a Customer Service Executive, you will:
- Understand and maintain good knowledge of company
- Manage and moderate chats etc during livestream
- Respond to any enquiries in timely manner
- Assist and guide customers to what they want/need

Requirements/Qualifications
- Age 20 - 35
- Basic proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Preferably Malay female
- Customer service experience preferred
