Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities:

✓ Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
✓ Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
✓ Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
✓ Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions in the system
✓ Follow company procedures and service standards
✓ Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet service targets
✓ Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive brand image


Qualifications & Requirements:

✓ Minimum SPM / Diploma
✓ Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
✓ Previous customer service or call centre experience is an advantage
✓ Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
✓ Able to work shifts and in a fast-paced environment
✓ Patient, responsible, and customer-oriented
✓ Able to work independently and as part of a team
