CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

1. Provide full support to the business operations team.
2. Coordinate and liaise closely with internal and external customers to meet expectations.
3. Ensure communication and workflow are cascaded from customers to the respective departments involved, i.e., Sales, Planning and Support, Quality, Production, Warehouse and Traffic & Finance.
4. Actively engage with customers to establish strong bonding and maintain good business relationships.
5. Timely fulfilment of customers’ orders and communication of schedule revisions and ad-hoc requests.
6. Prepare and provide reports and proposals to customers as required.
7. Manage customers’ product content effectively.
8. To promote a positive image of the company's services.
9. To execute tasks set by the HOD and update progressively.
