Customer Service Executive (Logistics / Cross-Border) - Juru

Key Responsibilities
-Handle customer enquiries and bookings via WhatsApp, Line, WeChat, Zalo, email, and phone
-Communicate with customers in Mandarin and English
-Create and update job records in internal systems (Daily Sheet / TMS)
-Coordinate with Operations, Planner, and Forwarding teams
-Track shipment status and provide accurate updates to customers
-Assist with basic documentation and POD verification
-Follow company SOPs and customer service standards

Requirements
-Degree or Master’s degree in any field
-Able to read, write, and speak Mandarin
-Fresh graduates are welcome (logistics experience is an advantage)
-Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, system entry)
-Responsible, organised, and able to work under pressure
