Customer Service Executive (Mandarin Speakers)

Job Description

-Handle customer inquiries via email, live chat, and outbound calls.
-Provide prompt, accurate, and professional customer support.
-Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
-Ensure a positive customer experience and high customer satisfaction.
-Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
-Perform follow-up with customers through outbound calls when required.
-Complete administrative tasks related to customer support.

Requirements
-Mandarin speaker with good command of English (spoken and written).
-Minimum SPM, UEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
-No prior experience required; training will be provided.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.
-Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
-Willing to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
