Customer Service

Responsibilities
· Receive and Process Customer PO. This is daily activities and must complete on time.
· Check customer PO error list, rectify and revalidate the PO once error was clear.
· Handling day to day customer customer requirements eg : rescheduling, cancellations, cargo damage, shipment arrangement.
· Handling customer request and complaints. Provide solutions to customer.
· Communicate with internal section to fulfill customer requirements.
· Operations process improvement to minimize manual task handling
· Accept and adapt to operations changes internally and externally.
