Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and professional Online Customer Service Representative based in Malaysia to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and support requests through email, live chat, and/or social media platforms. This role requires strong communication skills in English (and optionally Mandarin) and a customer-first attitude to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries promptly through live chat, email, or social media.
Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, returns, refunds, or technical support.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, promotions, and procedures.
Log and update customer interactions in the CRM system accurately.
Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, tech support, or sales) to resolve customer issues.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic support.
Follow up on unresolved customer issues and ensure timely resolutions.
Comply with company policies and customer service standards.
Requirements:

SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree in any field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Previous customer service experience is an advantage (especially online support).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Comfortable using customer service platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Reliable internet connection and own PC/laptop for remote work.
Additional Advantages:

Experience in e-commerce, tech support, or digital platforms.
Flexible with working hours, including weekends or public holidays (as required).
Familiarity with Malaysian online consumer behavior and cultural nuances.
