Job Description
负责跟进客户咨询及售后服务
回复 WhatsApp、Facebook Messenger 等客户信息
整理客户资料及更新数据库
协助准备文件、报价单及相关行政工作
安排客户预约及会议时间
协助团队完成日常运营工作
维护客户关系并提供专业服务

Job Requirements
具备良好的沟通能力
熟悉 Microsoft Office（Word、Excel）
做事细心、有责任感
能独立完成工作及处理事务
具客服或行政经验者优先
