Customer Service (Mandarin Speaker)

Requirements

Language(s) required: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Candidates must possess at least SPM.
Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
No experience is required as training will be provided.
No academic qualifications required.
Clear logic and able to work independently.
Responsible and Good Teamwork.
Cheerful personality and good in communication.
Willing to work on Monday to Saturday (8:30am-4:30pm).
Responsibilities

Responsible for product introduction in stores.
Deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of our customers through our communication channels (online & offline).
Professionally handle inquiries and feedback pertaining to the company products and services from customers.
Team cooperation to coordinate all aspects of operations.
