Job Description

* Role: Customer Service – Mandarin & English Speaker (Voice)
* Work Location: UOA Business Park, Shah Alam (opposite LRT or KTM Subang Jaya station)
* Round of Interview and it’s type : 1 rounds of interviews – Microsoft Teams Meeting
* Project/ Process: International Travel Industry
* Shift Timings: 24x7 rotation shift (9hours per day), 5 days rotation working day (including PH)
* Basic Salary: RM 4500
* KPI allowance: Up to Rm 500
* Transportation allowance : Rm 20/ day – if working shift between 10pm – 6am
* Joining date: 20 July 2026
