Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer and technical support on a daily basis.
Analyze customer needs and technical issues, offering effective solutions and recommendations.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, any field.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, and other language are an advantage.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Applicants must be willing to work in Kuchai Lama.
Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
