Customer Service Representative (中)

Job Requirements:
-At least a high school diploma (SPM, Foundation, Diploma, Degree, etc.).
-Speaks Chinese and English (Cantonese speakers preferred).
-Those with customer service experience may be offered salary negotiation and higher compensation.
-Recent Diploma/Degree graduates are welcome to apply!

Job Responsibilities:
-Handle customer complaints and any product-related issues by answering customer hotlines, emails, and online replies, providing effective solutions.
-Listen carefully to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy and patience.
-Provide accurate information and assistance regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
-Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
-Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction in every interaction.
-Work as a team to achieve required KPIs and SLAs.
