Customer Service Specialist - Damansara City Mall

Job Description
-Respond to customer inquiries promptly via calls, emails, and other contact channels.
-Assist customers with automotive-related queries and service requests.
-Provide accurate information and resolve complaints to ensure high customer satisfaction.
-Record and submit customer cases in the internal system according to SOP.
-Collaborate with team members to meet project KPIs and quality standards.

Job Requirements
-Diploma or higher qualification.
-Strong communication skills in English and Malay (written, verbal, listening).
-Previous customer service/BPO experience preferred, automotive industry knowledge is an advantage.
-Customer-oriented mindset, pleasant interpersonal skills, and willingness to learn.
-Proficient in office software and computer operations.
-Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
