Customer Service Specialist - English speaker (Fresh Graduates)

What you'll be doing

Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, and chat in English
Providing product information, processing orders, and handling complaints in a professional and courteous manner
Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and suggesting process improvements
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
What we're looking for

Fluency in spoken and written English, with excellent communication skills
SPM and above educational level
Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the airline industry
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
