Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Location:
Livingston, Penang

Salary Package:
• Up to RM4,500 per month
(Inclusive of Language Allowance)

Start Date:
• Immediate Hiring (ASAP)

Working Schedule:
• 24/7 Rotational Shift
• 5 Working Days per Week
• 2 Off Days

Job Responsibilities:
• Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, and live chat support
• Assist customers with account-related requests and service enquiries
• Provide professional solutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Resolve customer concerns accurately and efficiently
• Work closely with internal teams to support smooth daily operations
• Maintain service quality standards and operational targets

Job Requirements:
• Minimum qualification: Diploma or equivalent and above
• Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin and English for daily business operations
• Comfortable handling written communication formats required for assigned market operations
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Previous customer-facing or service-related experience will be an added advantage
• Comfortable working rotational schedule, including weekends and public holidays based on operational needs
• Willing to work onsite in Penang
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
